UK Orders

Delivery costs are based on weight and we try and keep costs to a minimum. To calculate the shipping for an order please place items in your basket and click 'Calculate Shipping'. Due to the variety of weights of an order we cannot give fixed shipping rates per item.

Due to their shape, posters are sent in rolled tubes and are classified as small packets. Mugs are sent in sturdy cardboard boxes and are double wrapped in bubble wrap. Occasionally we may need to split an order in two to prevent damage (e.g a poster and a card) so while they are sent the same day using the same service, occasional one half of the order may be delayed. We will mark on your included invoice if this is the case, but please be patient and give an extra 1-2 days before contacting us.

Standard shipping is via First Class post. While we endeavour to ship same day as orders - often during periods of high demand it may take longer for your items to be shipped.

Heavy or valuable items are sent via Interlink Courier and you will receive information via e-mail if this is the case. It may appear on your invoice as Royal Mail, however if the item is valuable we ship via courier for added tracking. Courier options are only available in the UK.

All next day orders must be placed BEFORE MIDDAY to give us time to package and prepare them for collection. Please note that next day delivery is not available on bespoke prints or T-shirts. 

 

International orders

There are two options for international delivery: Standard or International Tracked.

Standard is the cheaper, basic shipping method. Delivery time to Europe is usually about a week, and approximately two weeks to the US.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss of items sent via Standard Delivery. 

International Tracked is a little more expensive (+£6 average) but has the increased security in that we can see if the item has been delivered via tracking.  

 

Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is not always available for items to these locations due to courier restrictions. Usually a 2-day service is available, however this may incur extra costs that our system cannot account for due to exceptional circumstances. If this is the case we may need to contact you for extra payment to cover the shipping, or to discuss other shipping options. This often only applies to large orders such as prints, mugs or large book orders or when a courier service is required - and if this is the case then we will contact you to discuss options available. If a reply is not received the same day then we will take the best course of action as we see fit - quite often this will be via a Royal Mail service.

 

 Returns

We are happy to refund returns sent back to us within 30 days in new condition. Please return to us at PO Box 386, Brighton, BN1 3SN and we will exchange or refund at your request.
